Dear Ms. Haynes,

I am writing today to request the recording of the March 20, 2009 MCB meeting as it was not streamed according to the minutes. As in the past I urge that MCB archive these meetings on its web site as it has promised to do for years.

Regardless, I am requesting that the mp3 recording is sent to me on a thumb drive.

I thank you personally for your prompt and courtious responses in the past and, in advance for this prompt response.
