Dear Mr. Harcz, Jr.:

 

This notice is in response to your August 31, 2010, request and two September 8, 2010, requests to the Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) for copies of records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq., which you describe as:

 

(August 31, 2010 request of) "the draft minutes of the August 27, 2010, MCB quarterly board meeting and the mp3 recordings on CD, or, as you did last time on a thumb drive of the August 28, 2010, meeting".

 

(September 8, 2010 request of) "the recording of the March 20, 2009 MCB meeting as it was not streamed according to the minutes".

 

(September 8, 2010 request of) "the recording of the Michigan Commission for the Blind meeting in the minutes attached after my signature line" (September 18, 2008).

 

Your request for this information is granted.  The proposed/draft minutes will be sent via email to you at joeharcz at comcast.net and the thumb drive containing the recordings for the three above referenced meetings will be sent via US mail.
