Here are the appropriations for MRS per the house conference for fy 2010-2011:




"Michigan rehabilitation services—513.5 FTE positions.............................................................. 73,641,400"



Still they and MCB represent a federal "cash cow" to DELEG as a whole and I think think it is long past time for accountability.
