Interesting, the zero% figures that are showing even when all necessary data appear to be present. What do the negative amounts
mean in the money spent column?
I notice BEP retirement is underspent while operators are told that they must accept a 10% cut in benefits. I'd say that, when it
comes to the old "we don't have the money" line, Uncle Pat is lying.
