    Mr. Joseph Harcz, this notice is in response to your request under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231,et seq.,for "a DVD of the video recording of the June 17, 2011 MCB general meeting on a thumb drive or similar medium sent to my address above." As you were previously informed, the Department/MCB did not have the in-house capacity to format the DVD as requested and had to hire a private sector vendor to perform this task. The private sector delivered the formatted DVD to the Department Friday, July 29, 2011 and, as requested, it is being sent today, August 1, 2011, to the address listed in your request as:
