I’ve converted the spread sheet to a text file for easier reading that I received under the FOIA here. But, this appears to relate to just some payments related to the Robin Hill v. Michigan Commission for the Blind case settlement.

 

The Heckamin and Nardone items relate to transcripts of various legal cases. The bottomed line here though is by a rough estimate of these items alone blind folks in Michigan have lost in excess of $1 million in services if we also factor the 4 to 1 federal match and this is just some legal related issues through the first two quarters of this current fiscal year.
