    This again stands as an ADA/504 complaint against MCB Director Patrick D. Cannon for he has to this very date failed to even respond to this request for information in accessible format required under law, let alone to remit it in a timely manner.

This is a "pattern and practice" of violations of the ADA/504 and must be assumed to be intentional and with malice of forethought for Mr. Cannon has been advised on several occasions over decades now of his obligations.

I’m  writing today to request accessible information pursuant to obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, title II and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504 and Accessible Meeting requirements of Title I) the complete draft minutes of the July 19, 2011 special meeting of the MCB board (see attached agenda). I am requesting this as a blind person in accessible format specifically as a plain text enclosure or as a Word attachment to my e-mail adress  listed above.

 

I am also requesting  the complete audio recording of this important meeting on a flashcard sent to my mailing address listed above.
