They still haven't finished this years later. Where is the Independent Living Manual and the changed Eaton ISD materials? Here we're now about to go into yet another fiscal year and MCB still hasn't complied with five years of monitoring requirements...

I don't get how Cannon and all can still be in business, doing busines as usual...

I just don't get it.

Hello Commissioners,

Attached is the draft response we sent to RSA, January 14, as our proposed Corrective Action Plan, which is still awaiting approval by our RSA Liaison, Craig McManus.  Leamon Jones has recently met with Mr. McManus on the draft and we've been advised that additional information needs to be included in the CAP related to our certified match agreement with the Eaton Intermediate School District.  We expect to have that information from Eaton ISD within a few days and then expect a quick approval from Mr. McManus on our plan.

When Mr. McManus has completed his final review of this information and affirms our CAP as final it will be forwarded to you immediately and we will also post it on the MCB website.  In the meantime, please feel free to call me if you have any questions on this process or these documents.

Hello Commissioners,

Attached is the draft corrective action plan documents sent to the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) on January 14.  We will be reviewing this document with Craig McManus when his schedule permits and, as of today, we have not had a telephone conference with Craig to review the documents.

When Craig has completed his review and affirms the document is final we will post it on the MCB website.
