The NFB Lansing Chapter Christmas Party is fast approaching.
Date: Saturday, December 17th
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m
Place: VFW Post
2949 S. Waverly Ave.
Lansing Between Miller and Bishop.
The building is set back from the street.  Look for a large lit sign that says 40 and 8.
There will be music and lots of fun.
ring all family members including children.
You are welcome to bring a dish to pass.
 We are sponsoring a family that consists of a girl aged 6, a boy aged 5 and
a mother and father.
Below are some specific items the family requested as well as additional
items they could use as a family.
You may wish to wrap the gifts and label them as either girl, boy, mother,
father
or family on the package.
girl aged 6: "princess" stuff, drawing materials (paper, crayons, markers,
etc)
boy aged 5: "transformer" type stuff, Spiderman, cars, trucks
father: T-shirts, men's size medium; pants waist 32-34
mother age 24: slacks/jeans, size 9; blouse/top, size medium
Additional items the family could use:
any kind of lotion for dry skin
gloves or mittens, for kids, small for mom, medium for dad
scarves
winter hat, stocking cap
pajamas for kids
children's books
toothbrushes for kids and for adults
kid's toothpaste
kitchen towels and hot pads
gas cards (Speedway)
gift cards to Meijer's
