Dear Mr. Cannon,

 

I am writing today to request the MCB Meeting Minutes pursuant to obligations under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for the last MCB meetings.

 

In addition I’m requesting a copy of your performance evaluation along with commissioners comments that were detailed in that meeting.

 

 

 

I request these as either plain text enclosures and/or as Word attachments sent to my e-mail address listed above.

Once, again in addition I request that these are also promptly posted to the MCB web site and to the MCB 20/20 list serve.

 

In addition I’m requesting as an mp3 file an accessible copy of the recordings of these meetings which may be sent to my mailing address on a thumb drive. I wish to have one that has the entire meeting for bugs in the telephonic meeting still occurred and I missed major parts of both meetings.
