Mariann, I sure aggree!!  When I was an opperator, we had to generate data 
every day, week, month and year!!  I did this with no probblem as I'm sure 
Mr. Sontag does.  It was pretty easy and I'm sure we weren't getting paid 
near as much as the director is!  Don't they teach those guys to pump out 
statistics?  I work for another program that has nothing to do with 
blindness and we can make reports within a week or two.  If asked, we know 
pretty quickly how we're serving our clients!
