  Dear Mr. Harcz:

This letter is in response to your December 16, 2011, email request to the MCB2020-L at Listserv.michigan.gov for copies of public records, received December 17, 2011, please be informed that the Department's Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) is processing this request under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.

In your email, you requested information/records described as per the attached copy of your email.

Subject: Re: MCB Agenda for Special Commission Meeting 12/20/11

Since none of the public has had all documents related to Mr. Cannon's past evaluations put upon the MCB web site in accessible format I am formally requesting that all past and present evaluations and materials related to them are posted within 15 days to the MCB web site and in a format that all blind folks can access including html form.

Moreover, once again I am requesting your, Ms. Luzenki's annual salary and job description in accessible format to be posted to my person in aforementioned foremat and to the MCB list serve as well along with all personnel of the MCB.

How much do you make Madame and for what do you make this salary is the simple matter?

That goes to Cannon, and all of the other subordinates too.

Listen ladies and gentlemen whether or not you deserve the compensation due to you we, those of the public whether we happen to be blind or not deserve and have the right to know how much you make.

Now you can give it all up or you can be sued for it and right now I am to sue your silly people...So make my day...Go ahead make my day...

Moreover I again wish to revceive all required accesability surveys required in law and equity including all MCB Tand or transition plans relative to this upcoming meeting in accessable format.

  Send them out.
