Hello All EOC Ad-hoc committee members,

James hull has provided meeting documents that I am sending to you for
Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 9:00 AM, at the Victor Office Center
in Conference rooms A and B. The first documents deals with the issues
presented at the verry first meeting of this committee. The others are
dealing with rules in the roles of the Agency, Operator, and the
Elected Operators Committee.

For those of you who don't know, if you can't make it in person, there
