I am writing you today to request any and all e-mail correspondences from January 1, 2010 and November, 5, 2010 between Michigan Commission for the Blind Director Patrick D. Cannon and former Michigan Department of Education Board Member Elizabeth Bauer.  That, of course would include any discussions of her campaign, but I also want any correspondences.
