On this the 21st Anniversary of the ADA I suggest that you file a complaint
with the Clevland Office of Civil rights (U.S. Department of Education) for
this substantial violation of the ADA. In fact you can simply send this off
as a complaint and documentation of a complaint to:
vince.cheverine at ed.gov
Until we clean this garbage up collectively and act on behalf of ourselves
and others this will continue as it has.
