[nfbmi-talk] MCB Website Correction

Dear Larry,

Looks like the issues are system wide on all the Michigan Dot Gov web sites 
I've tried to link to this morning. I cannot even get on many sites 
including MCB as I simply get an error message.

I'm certain that DTMB must be aware of these issues.

Anyway thanks for this notice and I'll keep all apprised when things are 
fixed.
