I was on the conference line as well. I can remember hearing Chair Pilarski requesting phone line participants to mute themselves, but at that point in time, no one on the phone line was talking. Shortly after this remark, the live feed of the meeting could no longer be heard on the phone line. I sent in several emails regarding this issue, but it was never resolved. Normally, I would listen to the meeting via the online stream, but it was not working that day either. It seemed as though the techs who were in charge of streaming the meeting had no clue about what it was they were doing.
