That should be enough time for the train.  I think if the Kazoo folks caught the bus it would be cutting it close!  I would be willing to walk those that take the dog.  The Greyhound station is only a few blocks from the church so some folks could save some money by walking from the bus station to the church.  Could do that from the train station as well but its about 6 blocks further away.  
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
