Hi Joe,

I was responding in the case that someone was questioning the Board role
based on Bob's comments.  Whether anyone at MCB understand it or not is not
important.  We need to assure the readers of the authority of the board
while we all continue to strengthen its powers.  I am, mainly, sad to think
such a conversation is taking place at all.]

You need not respond to this. I just wanted to clarify that I was not
offended in any way and wanted to provide documentation of the board's
authority.

Hi Fred,

Thank you for this. Frankly I thought it was ludicrous to respond with a
citation to a person in the upper echelons of MCB such as the highly paid
Bob Robertson about this issue at all. Not a blame on you at all for doing
so by the way. But, a certified CRC as Robertson is and a top administrator
who is highly paid as he is should be more than intimate not only with PA
260 but also the Rehab Act which sets all other rules and witch funds and
establishes MCB to begin with. In fact it is a part of his, Robertsons's job
description and sworn obligations and duties.

I find it absolutely incredible and again nothing on you Fred, that such an
administrator with such known charges and duties and obligations and
training and pay could even ask such a question about this issue.

It is like a judge asking lay people what the rules of the court are while
sucking up a federal paycheck. It is like a major league umpire asking the
crowd for their interpretation of the rules. It is simply ludicrous and
actually nuts.

Over and over again these jokers and I use that term kindly are like umpires
that call foul balls home runs. they just make stuff up as they go along and
they get paid for that too with no accountability and no truth telling. and
then they arrogantly dump upon the very customers they are entrusted with
giving a future and/or those in the public blind or sighted including you
and I and even RSA arrogantly scoffing at the law and their own obligations.

then they in the upper echelons like Robertson and Cannon blame the victims
of their taxpayer funded perfidy over and over again for pointing out that
the Emporer is indeed buck naked.

(That is a reference to the "naked Emporer" by the way which is a classic.)

Regardless, as blind people we have the right to access our government and
to demand accountability, transparency and accountability just as sighted
folks do of governmental entities. In fact we have the right to demand that
of every aspect of government, state, local, and federal.

The insult upon insult here is that these scofflaws take the money and run
and then denigrate the very people they are entrusted to serve as public
servants.

It is simply like derelict or malfeasant public school administrators not
accounting for their actions and then blaming parents, students, or other
citizens for calling them into account.

By any standard these are not just insults against those of us who are blind
but against the citizens of Michigan, and the citizens of these United
States of America.

Further they denigrate and defile the very programs they are entrusted and
paid to administer which is a gross violation of the public trust and
denigrates in the eyes of some the very programs, services and benefits most
of us fight for in the first place.

I'm sorry that I'm so assertive and straight forward but these folks
ultimately are evil, selfish and offenders of law and equity.

I can't state differently for facts are facts.

If a robber dressed himself up as a politician and then took monies
dedicated for certain things under false pretenses he would still be a
robber.

In this case we have robbers of the hopes, dreams, aspirations and the
advancement of blind folks here in Michigan.

We've been robbed by these upper Administrators starting right at the top by
Cannon over and over again.

Frankly it makes me weep at the evil and not just pure mistakes or
malfeasance that he and upper echelons like Robertson perperpretate  upon
the very people they are dedicated and funded to serve in accordance with
law that any Fifth Grader can read in precise detail, blind or sighted.

I am outraged at the evil in not only intent but documented actions even in
these words of the likes of Robertson here.

Man, we don't have much to prove that there is an anti-law, anti-consumer
climate within this Soviet style apparatchik under the direct direction of
Cannon.

I'm of course speaking for myself but this is more like a criminal
enterprise to me than it is a rehabilitation entity.

As an aside why don't they teach blind folks real productive things like how
to "shake and bake" federal grants in ten easy Lessons. Or how to talk
baseball and teach driving to sighted personnel while on the payroll of the
MCB and while not figuring out how to do simple e-mail, let alone Braille in
a timely manner?

Or maybe they in the upper echelons of ersatz MCB should teach classes in
how to avoid its basic reportingresponsabilities with RSA over years. Not
months but years mind you!

What violators of the law these sick folks are. And they blame we the blind
for their circumstances over and over again? How aagain arrogent that is!

It is sick. It is twisted. And I cannnot call it better than that.
