Dear Sir,

This is a part of my ongoing complaint against the Michigan Commission for the Blind and specifically in this case against Leamon Jones (I'll attached job title and directory - information after signature line). Specifically I a person who is blind and consumer advocate have requested numerous times information related to the public activities of MCB in accessible format and a timely manner pursuant to obligations under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (subpart e, communications, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Yet, even after notifying this agency verbally and in writing of obligations it, and in this case Jones continually not only does not remit the information requested, but totally ignores the request itself. That in and of itself is a violation of the ADA which turns Twenty One today.

Moreover, as you'll see in subsequent posts and complaints this is not an isolated instance but, rather a pattern and practice of malicious discrimination (deliberate indifference) to myself and others who are blind.

Regardless see the attached document and note again I've not even had the courtesy of a response to this request or numerous verbal requests for it made in front of several witnesses at public meetings of MCB.

Sincerely,

Paul Joseph Harcz, Jr.

To Leemon Jones, Michigan Commission for the Blind

Sir,

I am again writing you today to request the IL manual requested now for more than six months and required in the RSA monitoring/corrective action plan. You're failure to remit this upon request in accessible format constitutes a continued and documented violation of the ADA and Rehabilitation Act.

Sincerely,

Joe Harcz
