Please see my other message. But, regardless as to what folks think about
unions I've long thought such programs should have a union shop as a
safegard against exploitation, or as just one safe gard that is.
I know long ago NFB used to work in that direction for the blind in NIB
programs which have improved dramatically by the way over the last decade
through pressure from NFB.
