Hello all.  This is the first chance I have had to see these postings and as
Paulette and I are managing the registration at convention I thought I would
comment.
The official deadline for preregistering was 10/21.  However, I can be
flexible as I have already talked to some folks and know for a fact that
there registration information is on the way.  If I can get people's
registration information by Sunday, October 30, at the very latest, and if
they can notify me that it is coming I see no problem with them getting in
at the preregistration rate.  So let's say I can be flexible on a case by
case basis.  Officially extending the deadline for registering could create
more problems if we go into November.  so let's just say if you notify me I
can work with you.
We always try to have preregistration packages with name tags and banquet
tickets made up so we need to have confirmation you are coming so we can put
them together all at once.
So if you are coming confirm it with me and I can work with you.
So don't just register without calling me or emailing me.
