Outstanding in every way. It drives  me crazy when MCB upper management
demands responsability and accountability of consumers on such petty issues.

Yet, there is no responsability and accountability of especially upper
management. These people are paid very well and have resources that the
average consumer does not. Shoot they still haven't completed required RSA
"homework".

But back to the college policy a simple reading of the Rehab Act showed they
have violated major requirements since the 1998 ammendments.

Regardless, Fred, again outstanding letter. Most well done!
