Dear Sue,

I will be there on Friday. However, if you'll note from the meeting on the ADA that you, Mr. Cannon, and I attended last Wednesday Peter Berg covered quite well the "auxiliary aids and services requirements of Title II of the ADA. He went into some detail explaining "primary consideration" and the requirements of any entity of State and local government to remit information in the most effective format of the individual. conventional electronic format is my most effective format which has been amply pointed out to MCB now for a decade. It is also the easiest and most cost effective.

  Joe,

The exhibits I sent to Commissioners in August are on audio. All the documents did not exist as electronic files and so an audio recording had to be created. I cannot send these by email as each audio file is too large to be sent that way. I can put these on a CD for you and either put it in the mail or, if you will be attending the meeting this week, hand it to you at the meeting.

  Sue

    Hi Joe,

The Stelmach exhibits went out on audio CD early in August in response to the Special meeting held July 19.
