Fred, funny you should mention a guide dog division!  I am just exploring
how to go about establishing one in Michigan.  I'm talking to NAGDU's
national President as well as our estemed state President.  I am still
largely ignorant about how to start but I am putting out feelers!  
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
