Please be informed that the Department's Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) is processing this request under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.

   

  You have requested information as described in your email as:  "request any and all records that would identify any payments from Michigan Commission for the Blind accounts for any legal services rendered by Assistant Attorney General Thomas Warren during the last fiscal year and to this date."   The public has the right to know how our Vocational Rehabilitation funds are being used.
