Dear Matt and All,

You don't understand. These programs aren't meant to assist the blind. They 
are there for the hacks, and cranks and no-good bureucrats to suck off 
programs meant for us while at the same time denigrating us.

By the way did you and all notice increasingly the real people benefitting 
from these programs for the blind are not blind?

Shoot we hardly have any tokens or sell outs to give it a veneer any more 
under the Snyder Administration.

My angst isn't at you or anyone in particular on this list, but aimed solely 
at the Borg profiting and misappropriating taxpayer funds through this 
massive fraud and  pure hypocrasy.

Yup, as corrupt as it has become I say junk it. Cut the blood suckers off 
too.

People like Zimmer and Rogers and Pemble let alone the hacks running BEP 
might have to join the dreaded private sector or get on welfare themselves.

I'm sick of these self rightious corrupted hacks sucking off the programs 
meant to benefit us.
