e-mail at mcnealg at michigan.gov about your situation and employment
potentially being in jepordy, and send a copy to Ed Rodgers and Mike Zimmer,
at rodgerse at michigan.gov and zimmerm at michigan.gov.  Gwen McNeal should
respond within 48 hours according to agency policy.

Hi all,
I don't post much.  I'm struggling to say the least with the Bureau of
services for blind persons.  I've been trying to get the assistive
technology so that I can perform my job duties adequately and getting
no where!  I thought that I would get my Apple MacBook months ago when
my counselor finally got the money at the beginning of the fiscal
year; but she left or retired and now I'm back to the same run around
I heard before.
I'd like to know who to talk to in the Wayne Detroit office to
expedite this process.  I work as a massage therapist and have no way
to keep client records or medical information.  I was promised the
help with getting the technology and because my current employer can't
aford to purchase it for me the commission  has said they would. Any
advice would be appreciated.
At this time I don't currently have a caseworker either because of
mine leaving.
