[nfbmi-talk] Bureau of services for blind persons!

Hi Donna,

I suggest to you too that you write by e-mail to Gwen McNeal to get answers
to your service concerns and problems. Also send a copy of your e-mail to Ed
Rodgers and Mike Zimmer. Stay on top of it every three days if no answer,
rewriting, and save your e-mail corresponences. If your email does mot
automatically save a copy in a SENT mail folder, then send a copy of your
e-mail to your own e-mail address and save it.

You could also go the route of contacting the BS4BP Advisory Commission to
address your concerns, if there were a way to make contact with the advisory
committee members, however that seems to be a Commission in name only.

Best regards,

Terry Eagle

Hi Laura, I don't have answers, but I have more questions because I
have had similar concerns. It seems that if your counselor left then
some one else should have contacted you by now. Of course we all know
that and I am preaching to the choir, but it is important to the choir
members to know that they are not alone. Who does one talk to in the
Detroit office with issues? Take care and don't give up, Donna
