You may have a point there. But that doesn't mean the the phone service
should be disconnected.

Hey, give 'em a break, they have left early for the holidays, on a hard
earned two week holiday, and don't wanna have to return calls upon return
sometime in January! They want client service business-as-usual upon their
return, or they will have to take off more time away from the phones!

You know things are really bad with the agency when you call a local Detroit
office and you get a recording that says: "You've reached a nonworking
number for the state of Michigan." Check it out! (313) 456-1646.

I had to call it back more than once because I thought I diealed it wrong!
I could hardly believe my ears.

Myself and others who need services are in serious trouble when you can't
get your case opened and then they pull the telephone line.

I am wondering that since thins are so critical here in Michigan, since we
are close to Ohio and Indiana, if we can get services from the Toledo office
for instance? I want to get things moving while I am unemployed and not
working to get services. This is a joke of the agency.
