Why does BSBP Director Ed Rodgers not answer the telephone number that has been the
direct line to Michigan's blindness Agency's chief administrator for decades?  Why
do we hear a combination boohoo and contact information message from former Director
Pat Canon?  Why should Mr. Canon be permitted to set himself up as the voice of Michigan's
blind citizens on our dime?
