   The next monthly meeting of the new members at large chapter of the
National Federation of the Blind of Michigan will be held by conference call
on Monday evening, February 13 at 8:30 p.m.  We will be continuing
discussing plans for expanding the membership, setting up monthly news items
to members,and fund raising ideas.  Please contact Candy at
