Huh? I don't get this sir?

I think it does depend upon your age. But the disability benefits go with 
the blindness and not the other way around.

In addition a 504 issue and one that was adjudicated in the courts with the 
American Council of the Blind in one of their good cases denoted that all 
information related to such activities must be made available under 504 in 
accessible formats, and the most effective ones at that.
