Dear Mike,

Your are of legal age,and unless some court order is preventing you form
being your own payee, then you should be able to open an account and have
your check deposited into that account directly. You do not have to have
anyone on that account if you don't want to do so. I believe that you have
been given bad advice form this person and you need to have someone sort
through this issue. If you would like you can call me at 517 775-7943 or e
mail me at (drob1946 at gmail.com).

with me being 23 years old i'm more than old enough to control my SSI,
and if anything i already do. the money is put in an account my mom
controls, and i, not her use it from there on. The rep yesterday didn't
even look anything up, she was treating me like i knew nothing and kept
ignoring everything i was saying. The only thing is, now i don't know if
i can do anything as my mom isn't exactly close to me.
