Actually the motion wasn't voted upon directly...Kind of a weird thing in 
the mix of it all but it was clear that the motion did in fact apportion 
$500 per male room and $500 per female room

That was supposed to be appropriated from NFB MI. The motion was made and 
seconded but never approved per se.

It's ok in the scheme of things but just pointing out the way things went 
down as best as I can recollect.
