Investor Converting Property to Specialty Housing

The Colorado Center for the Blind acquired The Bow Mar Apartments at 5871-5873 S. Lowell Blvd. from Joseph Kenkins for nearly $2.42 million or $100,625

per unit.

 

The two-story, 19,200-square-foot multifamily building is in Littleton, CO, and will be used as subsidized housing for the blind.

 

Bryan Sperry and Kevin Kohn of Sperry Properties represented the seller. R.C. Myles of Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate represented the buyer.
