[nfbmi-talk] braille program?

Hi,

One of my classmates from msb says she has some friends in another state that are  involved in this program through the nfb that involves them volunteering with children for a year teaching braille.Then after that time, they are paid and given insurance. Has any one heard of this program and if so, is it available in Michigan. She lives up in the woods near TC.
