Here is a link to a podcast for a new talking H D  radio that Best Buys will
soon offer.  It seems, from the podcast, that it is very user-friendly to
blind people.

Well, gang, I did a little research and discovered a podcast that discusses
the design rationale for the Insignia Narrator radio and provides a brief
demonstration of its features.  Apparently, the various buttons, including
the power button, announce their functions in clear speech when they are
pressed.  The radio also announces the frequency of the station that is
tuned in.   And pressing the very large snooze button announces the time.
