[nfbmi-talk] Service Animals now protected under Pennsylvania Law

Dear Colleagues, 

Some years ago, a friend of mine and her dog guide were savagely attacked by another dog in Pennsylvania.  Passel was injured and her dog was killed.  Since that time she has worked tirelessly with the Pennsylvania Legislature to enact legislation that would punnish the owners of animals that attack and/or injure service animals.  Members of the NFB of Pennsylvania join in the campaign, and at last here is the bill that was passed into law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
