? Dear Sir and Madame,

 

I am writing today to inquire pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act the personnel within the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs who were responsible for writing the LARA component relative to Governor Snyder’s Executive Order relating to the unilateral abolishment of powers and duties delegated under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and of Public Act 260. In other words who was the responsible party or “architect” of this? Was it Deputy Director Steven Arwood?

 

Responses must be made in accessible format and a timely manner pursuant to the ADA and 504. You both know by now what that is.
