Hello, Below is a quote of the notice I received as a commissioner about
the hearings that are required when a change is being made to the state
plan.  These hearings are required by the Rehab Act.  This may be the
meeting that Scott Ford has heard about.  I don't see any meetings
announced on the MCB website, but a call to MCB at 517-373-2062 would be
good to indicate interest in knowing when the meetings are to take place.

Further, as a result of Governor Snyder’s Executive Order 2012-2, we want
to inform you that we are working to identify tentative dates to hold
public hearings later this month on proposed amendments to MCB’s State
Plan, currently being scheduled in Detroit, Marquette, Lansing and
