Hi Larry,

Is this all that commissioners have received two days prior to the meeting?

And for the record I've not received in stark violation of the ADA, 504 and 
the Michigan Open Meetings Act anything except the draft December 8 and 9 
minutes.

Commissioners and the public cannot operate in the vacuum of information and 
perform our duties.

Frankly, this isactionable.
