Fred, it appears these are not of NFB nature, however they do provide access 
to newspapers etc from the various states. If you go, on your desktop to 
www.statenewsline.com you can find more information. Although I must admit, 
when I saw newsline and putting that together with the NFB mention of 
seminars at the convention concerning newsline and mobile accessability, I 
immediately thought thats what these were.
