In addition Michigan Protection and Advocy has jurisdiction over the PAVA 
program and is a resource and also a place to file a complaint.

Often the clerk's are the problem for it is their responsability to ensure 
access.

NFB national has an online or telephone service for those to share issues on 
voting as well.
