It appears as though only a portion of the bill was cited in this email. Is 
there any way someone could either post the bill in its entirety or post a 
link to the bill so it could be read in its entirety? I understand this may 
be the most important portion of the bill, but I would like to be able to 
read it in context with the rest of the bill.
