All,

 

 

I am writing today to request all information related to the upcoming meeting of the Michigan Commission for the Blind (September 21, 2012) that each commissioner has.

 

 

These public documents required to be made available under the Rehabilitation act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in a timely and accessible manner without surcharge should include at a minimum:

 

-The agenda

-Any information related to ALJ decisions in full

-Any information sent between this meeting and the past meeting relative to the state plan

-Any information sent relative to job postings

-Any information relative to the Executive Order abolishing the MCB which is still intact

 

 

These documents should be sent to me in my most accessible format which simply is to send them out as either/or Word attachments or plain text enclosures to my e-mail address listed above.

 

Failure to respond or to timely comply is actionable and a civil rights violation.
