Dear J. J.
Larry just announced it at the board meeting and some of details are not
worked out as of yet. I know our upper limit is 50 people as the National
Center as accomadations to sleep 50. Larry thinks that we need at least 35
to make it viable. Each person deposits $50 that is not refundable unless
we cancel the entire trip. We will get into the Center Thursday evening,
tour the Center and have meetings. Saturday night will be free to go to the
Harbor or someplace else. Actual times for departure and pick up places
have not been set as far as I know.

This is the first I've heard of this.
Have the details been posted here? What would be the cost for someone
flying into Baltimore and not taking the bus? Or could the bus meet
anyone from the west in Ann Arbor or the Dearborn Amtrak station?
Thanks.
Best regards,
J.J.
