Yeah, that does make sense. In LA, CA. access service has a access card.
However, Portland doesn't, go figure.

I guess I should have explained that! The card to ride Paratransit is called
a green card here in Ann Arbor. If you are a senior without a disability,
you get a gold card. If you are disabled, you get a green card. The drivers
are not supposed to transport you without looking at your card. Often
though, they just say, "Green or gold." Does this make better sense?
