Hello – You are receiving this meeting notification as one of our statewide partners or other interested parties that have requested this information.  

MEETING DATE, TIME & LOCATION – The meeting will take place on Friday December 6, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the MCRS Office, which is located at 3490 Belle Chase Way, Suite 110, Lansing, MI 48911.  Guests wishing to attend this meeting and/or make Public Comment may do so in-person at the MCRS Office or via the teleconference option:

**PUBLIC COMMENT -  We have scheduled time for Public Comment at 10:40 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.  It is at this time that we depend on partners such as yourself to update the MCRS on your organization’s activities, and to provide input with regard to Vocational Rehabilitation Services in Michigan via the Bureau of Services for Blind Persons (BSBP) or Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS). 

**The time dedicated for Public Comment is flexible so that all persons present in-person or on the phone will be provided the opportunity to make comment and the Chair will adjust the time schedule of the agenda as needed.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please contact our office at 517/887.9370 so that we can plan accordingly.
