Just sent this out to several to understand the issue and to put them on
notice.

The worse thing for good or ill is the assistive technology we need to even
engage the vr process must be funded through that processs.

In other words this isn't funded like "durable medical equipment" is for
some others with other disabilities.

And it isn't generally funded through any IL program. SSo blind folks fight
for the technology and training only through the VR process.

And then we get the goofballs who diced things arbitrarily and capriciously
in these regards and then they hamstring us once again by not supplying
information in accessible format related to these things, even upon request.

This also goes to just wha in the world is happening with the deaf-blind "I
Cann Connect" program for our brothers and sisters in that program or
eligable for it, and which is administerred by BSBP regardless as per
employment back ground.

Bottom line is two people on this list including Marcus Simmons hasn't
recieved a strate answer about anything let alone recieved an assessment let
alone the technology.

But Jolly Rodger and more importantly LARA are playing with these funds to
promote God knows what?

But it sure isn't the provision of assistive technology which by the way
under the rehab act also includes services including training.

Now I'm here with an ancient pc and with outdated screen reading technology
and can't even get a straight answer to straight forward questions via
simple e-mail about even the simplests of issues including where in the
world ddoes BSBP spend its money?

And that includes just how much assistive technology equipment and services
was supplied to customers during the last Fiscal Year.
